Persistence with Insight in Every Design

Welcome to Anthony Ramirez's portfolio. This is a showcase of my projects and what I have learned during my time as an engineer.

About me

I am an electrical engineering student specialized in circuit and RF/microwave design. Analog circuitry and wireless designs are my passion, and comprise the majority of my projects. I also have experience with embedded systems, and writing low level code in C using HAL.

My time at UCI

During my time at UCI, I was a hardware engineering intern, electrical engineering team lead and an S-STEM scholar.

Legacy Robotics

I was the electrical engineering team lead for Legacy robotics, a student-led robotics startup at UCI. Our work revolved around electrical system designs for robomaster NA and the URC. Our goal was to create opportunities for under-served engineers and foster a community of engineers across disciplines.

Internships

As a hardware engineering intern for ButterflyMX, I helped test and improve the designs of various access control systems at a hardware and software level.

S-STEM

Throughout all three years as a UCI student I was a member of an NSF S-STEM cohort of scholars. As a member, I maintained a competitive GPA, and contributed to a diverse engineering community centered around transfer students.
